Marathon Training Week 2

The wrong way

This week was a smaller week, but only in part because I worked all week. From the Monday to Sunday, I only did 2 runs. Good thing it's only week 2! This coming week looks like I'll be doing 5 runs to make up for it, if I can do them all. I did my first track workout since March, and I managed to get in 4x800. So last week was my first "official" week of training for the Goodlife Victoria Marathon in October, using my new, completely-made-up-by-me plan. I missed one track workout, but I made up for it with a hill run for my 8k. I also missed my "fast 5k" because I went on "staycation" with my husband for a night.
